- Typically the order management/fulfilment system includes around 140 fields all can be viewed by the principal, a supplier may only have access to view ten fields and edit two.
- Non-conformance quantities and proposed shipping dates by the manufacturer or supplier generates automatic alerts.
- The principal posts “permission to ship”.
- The order fulfilment system is initially populated by receipt of your clients original purchase order file.
- The Manufacturer or supplier is granted access to confirm order acceptance and when the goods are ready for loading and or collection.
- Container status reports from the shipping lines can automatically update the web application.
