Smart Dispatch. Faster Turnarounds. Less Paperwork.
Welcome to the TRUCKLINK network. We use this mobile application to send you your daily jobs directly to your smartphone or tablet. It’s designed to save you time on the phone with dispatch and ensure you have all the info you need for a smooth journey.
1. Getting Started (One-Time Setup)
Download the App: Search for "RF Trucklink" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Permissions: When prompted, allow the app to access your Camera (for scanning PODs) and Location (to log arrival times).
Link Your Device: Ensure the email address you use on your device is the one provided to our transport office. We will link your profile to your vehicle or company.
2. Receiving Your Jobs
One-Click Manifest: Each morning, your dispatch team will send your day’s schedule. You will receive a notification on your device.
Job Details: Open the app to see collection points, delivery addresses, cargo details, and any special instructions or customer references.
3. During the Journey
Status Updates: Simply tap the screen at each stage:
Departed Depot
Arrived on Site
Loaded / Unloaded
Departed Site
Why it helps: These taps automatically update our system, meaning fewer "Where are you?" calls from the office while you’re driving.
4. Proof of Delivery (POD) & Images
Digital Signatures: The customer can sign directly on your screen. Their name and the exact time will be recorded automatically.
Photo Capture: If the customer provides a paper POD, use the app to take a clear photo.
Instant Filing: Once you hit "Submit," the image is sent back to the office immediately. No more holding onto coffee-stained paperwork!
